Core9X is an online service. We do not ship any physical goods; there is no delivery charge and no delivery address is needed.
How you receive what you paid for
- Everything you buy is unlocked on the Core9X account that made the payment, as soon as the payment is confirmed — usually within a few seconds.
- You can see what is unlocked, and until when, under Plans and payments after you log in.
- You can use Core9X on a computer, tablet or phone with an internet connection and an up-to-date web browser.
If something is not unlocked
If your payment went through but the subjects are not unlocked within 30 minutes, email [support email] with the payment reference shown by Razorpay. We will fix it within one working day, or refund you in full (see our Refund and Cancellation Policy).
How long access lasts
A plan lasts until the end of the academic session it was bought for — for the 2026-27 session, the end of 31 January 2027. It does not renew automatically.
