We want you to be sure before you pay, which is why the first chapter of every subject is free. This policy explains when we refund a payment and how.
1. No subscriptions, nothing to cancel
Core9X plans are one-time payments. They do not renew automatically, and we never charge you again unless you choose to buy again. Access simply ends on the date shown in Plans and payments (for the 2026-27 session, the end of 31 January 2027).
2. Refunds within 7 days
If you are not happy with a plan, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of the payment, for any reason. When we refund a plan, its access is removed.
3. After 7 days
After 7 days we do not refund a plan, except in the cases below.
4. Payments we always refund in full
- Charged twice: if you paid twice for the same plan, we refund the extra payment.
- Paid but not unlocked: if money was taken but the subjects were not unlocked and we cannot fix it within one working day of your message, we refund in full.
- Service not provided: if a paid feature is withdrawn, or Core9X is unavailable for more than 7 days in a row while your plan is active, we offer a fair alternative or a proportionate refund.
5. Failed payments
If money left your account but the payment failed, Razorpay or your bank usually returns it automatically within 5 to 7 working days. If it has not arrived after that, write to us with the payment reference and we will follow it up.
6. How to ask for a refund
Email [support email] from the email address on the Core9X account, with:
- the student's name;
- the date and amount of the payment, and the payment reference shown by Razorpay (it starts with "pay_").
We acknowledge your request within 48 hours and decide within 7 working days. An approved refund goes back to the original payment method (the same card, UPI account or bank). Banks usually credit it within 5 to 7 working days after we send it.
